FOUNDER AND CEO
Doug founded Altaura from his deep understanding of sound and his obsession with how it can dramatically transform atmospheres. From a successful international DJ for Warner Music, playing gigs around the world at notable events such as the Brits and the Grammy Award parties to music consultancy and sound design ventures including Milan Design Week and DSQUARED2 fashion shows, Doug has followed his passion for music and creativity. Having recently made a move to Cornwall, Doug spends most of his time curating for our clients, learning to surf and convincing the team they need an office dog.
Doug is now hand curating music for brands across the globe.
Gaby is an experienced project manager and a passionate content marketer. She has worked for fast-paced start-ups leading the logistics, operations, content curation, sales, and marketing teams. Her career in event production developed into creative projects in the music, design and tech sectors. She spent a year in Mexico exploring her love of music, and pursued a project called Art With Me Festival. Now she works closely with Doug and the core Altaura team developing the operational aspects of the business.
CURATION AND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
George has over 10 years of invaluable experience working in the music industry. George was managed by the legendary Jazz Summers, he performed live at lsle of Wight Festival, held DJ residencies in London, and recorded with illustrious producers Youth (Martin Glover) and Steve Osbourne. George is a passionate and versatile DJ currently performing under the name ‘Just George’ alongside his Curation role at Altaura.

With over 10 years of marketing experience, Louis has had the privilege of working on projects for a variety of different clients including Grammarly, Kodak, Domain.com, Xerox and more. Having started a number of businesses himself, Louis joins the Altaura team with the entrepreneurial spirit that we all possess as well as the perpetual wearer of many different hats.
With that said, Louis’ main role within Altaura will be to oversee the digital marketing efforts to promote the brand and work to help solve any and all marketing needs our clients may have.
Max is a designer with a strong passion for all things creative. As a creative he has worked across digital, print, video, and tech, working with major brands and producing award-winning work. Alongside this he has a wealth of experience in working with companies to develop their businesses. Whilst studying his Masters at Hyper Island he further expanded his knowledge of the human centred design approach and experience design. Having worked across a number of different industries and sectors, he has gained a broad knowledge base and best practice examples to apply practically to business.
Jake Ridley is a music producer for films, games and adverts based in London and Winchester. He composed an original score for the short film FLYSPY, and the soundtrack for youth documentary 1 Way Up in 3D. He has produced the music for numerous adverts including the global launch of the VW Golf VII, remixed Christina Aguilera twice, and created mash-ups for the award winning DJ Hero games. Under the guide of bassDrumsnareDrum his Pause Rewind release was supported by Pete Tong on Radio 1, and follow up EP Headphones was featured on BBC Introducing.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Having worked for the likes of BBC Radio 1 & Ministry Of Sound, Joshua is no stranger to the music industry, boast-ing 15 years of experience working for some of the biggest brands and venues across the world. Joshua currently holds the role of Account Manager for Altaura as well as being the head programmer at Select, a London based specialist music radio station.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Long time lover of live music and a good party, Josh cut his teeth in the music industry by running club nights in Oxford & London. During this period, he utilised his platform and friends in the industry to launch The Pink Ribbon Sessions – a music & art showcase raising money & awareness for breast cancer charities operating in the UK. After successful events in Jericho, Chelsea & Bermondsey, Josh is excited to host the first Pink Ribbon Sessions in Sydney towards the end of this year!
