Altaura worked closely with Beach Box Cafe to curate a soundtrack that would help improve their customer experience and keep people moving and motivated throughout the day.

We removed the old bluetooth speakers the staff were using and replaced them with all weather speakers that were positioned so that the queues and staff could hear the music. We also implemented a strategy where the music pace, volume and energy changed as the queues got longer.

The faster-paced music during peak times helps speed up customers' ordering process and reduces the length of the queues.
